Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of legal experience to join our growing team. We welcome candidates with experience in any area of law, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage case files and maintain organized records
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court appearances
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely case management
  • Support attorneys with administrative and legal tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
